Worship At Crossroads
Hard-Wired For Worship
Humans are hard-wired for worship. We'll go to any lengths to find what we feel is worth worshiping - a sports team, a political or charitable figure, a relationship or even a job. Whatever it is, we are bound to be disappointed and let down - our favorite team loses, that public figure fails us somehow, the relationship or job ends. What if there was someone worthy of worship who would never fail us in any way? At Crossroads, we believe that God is the answer to that question. He is with us on our search for truth, when we first encounter him, and as we grow to know Him better. This is the God of our worship. Please join us as we grow and continue to learn about the many reasons God gives us to worship!
A Matter Of Style
The worship style at Crossroads is upbeat, modern, and fresh. It’s an honest look at our God and who we are in light of Him. God is touched with worship that is straight from our hearts, so whether you choose to clap and raise your hands or just sit and engage him in silence, we encourage your honest and heartfelt response to Him. While music is a great vehicle that we use to express our hearts to God, it’s not about the music. It’s about truly worshiping God with all of our lives.
Growing In Personal Worship Of Jesus
Your personal relationship with God is at the heart of worship. It informs your worship whether you are alone or with others. Since both personal and corporate worship are important, we'd like for you to check out some resources for growth in your spiritual journey. Check them out when you get a chance!
