FINDING YOUR STORY IN GOD’S STORY

Join us for a journey through The Story.
The Story is a book of selections from the Bible, arranged chronologically that reads like a novel.  During this unique 31 week experience, every member of the family, from nursery to adults, can read their own age appropriate version of The Story.  On Sundays adults and kids can be part of worship and teaching that explores how our story fits within God’s story.  
The Story began on Easter Sunday and will continue through October.

The Crossroads Rhythm

Crossroads Christian Church is a growing community of Christ followers meeting in the Bay Ridge area of Brooklyn.  We're a community of people learning to

• love GOD
• love EACH OTHER, and
  
• love OUR NEIGHBORS

...in the context of our vibrant, multicultural city.  Crossroads has a unique rhythm of doing church that creates the context for cultivating rich faith, loving community, and active service to our city.  The video to the right describes this rhythm briefly.  The links below can give you a more in-depth look.

The Crossroads "rhythm" is really a pattern of doing church that takes the focus off of buildings, programs and meetings.  It's a pattern that allows us to unleash our time, resources, and creativity into loving God, loving each other, and loving our neighbors.  The pattern includes the following:

1.  Monthly Celebration Gatherings:   The first Sunday of each month the entire congregation gathers for worship and celebration.

2.  Community Groups:  Other Sundays we gather in medium sized groups of up to 30 people for worship, teaching, and a meal.

3.  Missional Sundays:  The last Sunday of each month, each Community Group finds ways to serve and love their neighborhood.
