Welcome to the Crossroads Christian Church site. You’ll find lots of info about us here. ONE of the things you’ll discover is that we are in a fun season of growth and experimentation. You can get the full story and FAQ’s here. The short version is that we are attempting to love God, each other, and our neighborhood better through a variety of Sunday activities. Beginning in March, for six months, we will not have typical WEEKLY services. Once a month we will have a “normal” church service as an entire congregation. A couple of Sundays each month our services will be smaller gatherings in people’s homes (and one at the church’s Storefront art center.) These gatherings are called Community Groups. Then, one Sunday each month we will be serving in the neighborhood…that’s right, instead of having a service we will be doing service.
If you’re new to Crossroads, we recommend starting with one of our larger monthly gatherings. Or if you want to check out one of the Community Groups, the one meeting at the Storefront art center would be the best introduction. Here’s a calendar of which service is happening each Sunday. If we’ve managed to confuse you, and you want more info, please feel free to contact us! Crossroads is made up of imperfect people who are looking to God for meaning, community, and destiny. What is it like to be in a dynamic relationship with God? How can we better understand His deep love for us? And how does that love translate into an engaged relationship of love with the world around us? How do we pursue His dream for our city and world? These are the questions we're asking and Jesus addressed. We'd love for you to seek the answers with us! |
