For the last 15 years, Crossroads has had a simple focus on loving God, loving each other, and loving the world around us. We have developed a rhythm of doing church that cultivates rich faith, a loving community, and active service to our neighborhood and city. It’s about living by faith, being known by love, and being a voice of hope. Here’s how that rhythm gets lived out. Follow the links for more info:
1. Worship Gatherings - Every Sunday we gather together at 10:30am for worship and practical teaching from the Bible.
2. Community Building - Every 6-8 weeks we share a large meal together after the Sunday service. And we have small groups that meet throughout the week for prayer, study, and fellowship.
3. Missional Sundays - In addition to other serving opportunities, every 3 months we spend a Sunday afternoon serving our neighbors together.
Today there’s a cell phone application for everything! Apps that keep your schedule. Apps that control your lights and lock your doors. The best apps help us function better and make our lives more manageable. About 3000 years ago a wise king of Israel, Solomon, passed on a volume of applications to his son. In the Bible we call it the book of Proverbs. These snippets of wisdom provide clear and immediate applications for helping to make life “work.” If life seems to be out of control and you’re looking for some solid apps to live by, join us on Sundays throughout September and October!
